My advice to all women

Economic empowerment

We can only archived economic empowerment and create jobs if we have equal opportunities regardless of the gender, including participation in decision making peace and stability. Women should be empowered with Entrepreneurship skills give them startup capital funds to start business organized meeting for follow up.  Due to insecurity issue within our county I do believe women need to be engaged in all aspect and play a role to end insecurity. Women should be train on early owning sign and be able to identified.

Education

Education is very important to the girl child. Both counties and National government should support Ngumbaro to the adults who did not get a chance to go school and those who dropout and be able to get a second chance. Women should go for further studies by doing this we will have a country which is educated remember if you educate a girl child you will educated the all community.

Women and girls experience GBV on the streets, at home, in public, learning institution and workplace. The consequences of GBV are grave and impact adversely on the health and well-being of the affected individuals. Historical, women girls and children have borne of cultural norms practice such as FGM and child marriages. Vulnerability of women, girls and children to violence especially rape, trafficking, transaction sex and sexual exploitation. As we commemorate this day as a county we need to creating Safe protection spaces for all women and girls end GBV.

Health sanitation

The inaccessibility of menstrual product result in embarrassment, health anxiety and shame when girls and women stain their clothes, which led to stigmatization. Once girl start missing school they are far more likely to be exposed to others risk behaviors; such as early pregnancy, school drop out early marriages and contracting HIV and Aids.

Sanitary pads use has radically proved to create a world better where women and girls can step boldly into the promise of their future.

Distributing for free sanitary pads and disposal tin will benefits most of the girl’s self-esteem and self-confidence. Girls that are regular absenteeism for school are more likely to be those that drop out and fail to transit successful through the education system. Implementation of education act 2017 will crab all this.

Counties should supervise school latrine and make sure they are clean and have water Girls dignity must be upheld by the efforts of all women in the world through certain and important institution in the society.
